Perfect Day Consultants emerged from work that Greg Bull was delivering as part of a Coxswain Alliance team.  Over the initial 12 month engagement, we regularly talked about the relevance of what we were doing to more than just the big, blue chip corporates.  During our programs, our clients routinely talk to us about how they have used the skills and practices that they have developed from working with us in other aspects of their lives.  This includes work they do with sporting clubs or volunteer organisations or in small businesses that they may own.  From this, we started to talk about how we could take the core of what we do as Coxswain Alliance and make that available to the smaller firms; those firms out there who are looking to lift their performance, but have found that their efforts have plateaued.Much of what occurs in corporate consulting is large, complex and lengthy:  often reflecting the complexity of their business models, their processes and products, their customers.  SMEs have the same requirements around performance – good products or services, delivered quickly at reasonable prices – without the internally complexity or restrictions.
